SHIPPING & DELIVERY

 

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the world every day, and we strive to provide you with services of the highest level.

The shipping time consists of two sections.

 

Processing Time: Verification of order details, sourcing, quality checks, and packaging. All orders are dispatched from the manufacturer within 72 hours after the order is placed and the payment is received.
Shipping Time: The time is taken to arrive at the destination after dispatch from our warehouses.

 

We use a high-security checkout procedure on our site to protect both the customer. This extends our processing time to 1-3 working days as we fully verify our customers and fulfill orders.

*Taxes: All our prices and shipping costs include tax, so you don’t need to pay any tax.

Following this, your package will arrive between 3-10 working days depending on your geographical location and availability of stock and choice of delivery method.

ORDER & TRACKING

 

When you place your order, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation email confirming your Order # and purchase details. You can cancel your order or make changes to your shipping information the same day you placed your order by midnight. After 6 hours, your order will be processed for stocking, packing, and shipping and this normally takes 1-3 business days. When this is completed, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

 

Once your order has shipped, we will send you another Shipping Update email with your tracking number. To track your package, simply click on the link provided. Tracking information may not be available for the first couple of days after you receive your Shipping Update email. Several days may pass between package scans. We assure you that this is normal and will not affect your expected delivery date.

NOTES:

 

1) After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

 

2) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.

 

3) If there is any shipping issue with your package, you must contact Customer Support within 180 days after your order was placed.

Wrong Shipping Information

  • If you have left a wrong shipping address or contact information, please contact our customer service within 2 hours.
  • Please note that it is the responsibility of the customers to enter their shipping address correctly. We are unable to redirect to another shipping address after we have processed and shipped the parcel.
